Stalin's skyscraper on Kotelnicheskaya quay in Moscow was built in 1938—1952. It height is 176 meters. This twenty six storey residential house is one of the famous examples of Stalin' Empire style. Flats there are very prestigious and expensive, the building located in downtown and faced to river Yauza. But in cloudy weather it looks threateningly. As for me, I belive for that money you can find better modern property in Moscow, but this is just my opinion. People value it at high price. There are 700 flats, several shops, post office and even cinema.
