When you travel Russia by train you will see endless rails and forest from your compartment window. Total length of Russian railways exceeds 86 thousand kilometers (that's longer than 2 equators). Way form Moscow to Vladivostok by train will take 6 days. Railway is a blood vascular system of the country. To understand and to see the real Russia you have to spend a couple of days in a train. If you like extreme conditions you can go by reserved seat. Otherwise I recommend you to take Soft (compartment for 2 person) or Compartment (4 person).
